We would like to advise all patients that we have changed our online booking platform from Healthengine to Hotdoc.
Following feedback from our patients, we have implemented the change is to improve the customer experience and booking process.
Hotdoc appointment system allows patients to see which doctor is available rather than which appointment slot is free at a particular time.
We apologies if this has caused any inconvenience in the short term as we continue to improve our level of care and services.
