Weekdays (Mon to Fri)
- Concession Card, DVA Card Holders & Children <15yrs are Bulk-Billed with ALL Doctors
- For ALL Other patients, a fixed $25 gap fee applies (after your medicare rebate) on WEEKDAYS when seeing: Dr Janice Tan, Dr S. Manoharan, Dr Vincent Nguy, Dr Debbie Van and Dr A. Szyc. Telehealth consults incur a $1 processing fee.
- Note: Dr H Thai, Dr T Nguyen, Dr L Heazlewood, Dr A Perez, and Dr Dang will continue to Bulk-Bill ALL patients on Weekdays.
Weekends (Sat-Sun) & P/Hols
- Private Billing applies on Weekends & Public Holidays for ALL patients – a fixed $40 gap fee applies (after your medicare rebate). Telehealth consults incur a $1 processing fee.
- Certain procedures may incur an out of pocket expense and your doctor can advise you of fees prior to any procedures being performed (see below).

Procedures
Certain procedures, for example:
- implanon insertion/ removal
- skin lesion biopsies or removals, and suturing will attract an out of pocket equipment fee from $35-125.
- for other procedures, our GPs will inform you of any costs.
This is to help cover the cost of various items used during the procedure such as disposable surgical equipment, dressings, sutures, local anaesthetic and cryotherapy. Your doctor or the reception staff will be able to inform you if your visit will attract a procedure fee.
Cancellation/Non-Attendance
We understand that plans can change. Please inform us as soon as you can if you are unable to attend your appointment.
For GP appointments (Doctor appointments), any non-attendance or changes to your appointment within 1 hours notice will attract a cancellation fee of $25. This is paid at your next Clemton Park Family Medical Centre visit.
Travel Vaccines
Please contact our reception staff if you require further information on the costs of travel vaccinations. Clemton Park Family Medical Centre is a yellow fever accredited centre.
Test Results
To ensure we maintain the highest level of care, a follow up appointment is required for all test results. Results cannot be given out over the phone by our reception staff. A consultation with your doctor will ensure you understand your results and what they may mean for your future health and planning.
Phone Consultations
In circumstances where you’re unable to attend for an appointment, we also offer a phone consultation service for your convenience. Please contact reception if you would like to arrange an appointment.
